〜Even without plans, it turned out to be a good weekend〜
📅 Saturday
Started the day by cleaning the gutters in front of my house.
With frogs croaking like a live concert, I battled mud like a warrior. Strangely satisfying once done.
Then I wiped the windows.
Same view, but cleaner glass made it feel like the world got just a bit brighter. Small win.
Evening? Just me, a cold beer, and no interruptions.
No snacks, but the quiet dusk and bubbles in the glass were enough. Simple and perfect.
📅 Sunday
Spent the entire day surfing.
The waves were okay, the water a bit chilly, but floating out there resets everything. Muscles sore, but mind refreshed.
In the evening, picked up my dog from the groomer.
He was sitting like a good boy, freshly trimmed and proud.
Watching him stick his head out the window, ears flapping in the wind… somehow, that made my whole day.
That slight hint of loneliness? Probably just the weekend saying goodbye.
“Hey, what’re you looking at? Is it better than me?”

〜特別な予定がなくても、ちゃんといい時間だった〜

朝から家の前の側溝掃除。
カエルの鳴き声をBGMに、久々に泥まみれの戦い。終わったあと、妙にスッキリ。
次に、窓ふき。
拭いたあとの景色は同じはずなのに、なんだか少し世界がキレイに見えたような気がして、自分をちょっと褒めた。
夕方、誰にも邪魔されずに一人ビール。
おつまみはなかったけど、静かな夕暮れとグラスの中の泡が、妙に沁みる。
📅 日曜日
一日中サーフィン。
波はまずまず、海は少し冷たいけど、浮かんでるだけで気分が整うから不思議。体は疲れてるけど、心は元気になる。
夕方、愛犬をトリミングサロンへ迎えに。
ちょこんとお利口さんに待ってた姿に思わずニヤリ。
車の窓から顔を出して風に当たる後ろ姿に、「あー、なんかいいなぁ」って声が出た。
ほんのちょっと寂しさが残ったのは、きっと週末が終わるせい。
